📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on training and development or recruitment.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
