📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of MICE and incentive tours, from initial client consultations to post-event evaluations.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to innovate and improve our MICE and incentive tour offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their expectations are met.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the travel and MICE industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE and incentive tour operations.
• Proven track record in managing high-profile corporate events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
