You'll use our proprietary CRM system, Salesforce, to track client interactions and sales. You'll also work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with potential and existing clients in the Bali region to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Use Salesforce to track client interactions, sales, and financial data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our financial products and services.
• Work with the operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient client onboarding process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Drive sales and revenue growth in the financial services sector.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services.
• Attend and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
