📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Track and report on procurement activities, including spending and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
