📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the payroll process, including ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Support the administrative team in maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the finance team to implement and maintain financial systems using SAP and other relevant software.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including budgeting and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a retail or commercial property environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
