📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling and transaction processing
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and internal policies
• Authorize high-value transactions and manage cash reconciliation
• Coordinate with tellers and customer service staff to maintain service standards
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
• Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures
• Leverage Mandarin proficiency to assist Chinese-speaking customers and improve branch cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate records of all operations for auditing purposes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of OJK regulations and banking operations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional Mandarin language proficiency (minimum TOPIK level 4)
• Experience with banking software systems such as Core Banking System or T24
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
