📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity and reduce costs.,Manage warehouse equipment and maintain records of maintenance and repairs.,Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
