📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Evaluate training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees.,Maintain training records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
