📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the agency recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Oversee the performance of the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Represent AIA at industry events, networking sessions, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
