📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Section Head or similar role in HR.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving organizational success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in using HR software and tools is a plus.
