One Port Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proven track record of improving sales and profitability in previous roles.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
