📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the electronics industry is a plus.
