As the Lead System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its security, availability, and performance. You will also be responsible for leading a team of System Administrators and providing guidance and support to them.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the IT infrastructure.,Lead a team of System Administrators, providing guidance and support to them.,Monitor and respond to IT incidents and issues, ensuring minimal downtime.,Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.,Provide technical support to end-users and other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Experience with IT project management and change management processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
