📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing supply chain teams.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
