📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all inventory processes including procurement, storage, and distribution.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient inventory replenishment.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory control systems and software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
