📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of demi chefs.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Train and mentor demi chefs on new recipes and techniques.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager to improve operational efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a demi chef or similar role.,Proven track record of ensuring food quality and safety.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
