📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the banquet operations, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.,Manage inventory and supplies for banquet events.,Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist in the development and implementation of banquet policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering operations.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
