Toko Hana Shop is looking for a Lead Admin Finance to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing the financial operations of our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Prepare and process payroll for employees.,Oversee the inventory management system and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial support to the store manager and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with retail or e-commerce is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
