📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare ingredients and food items for service, including garnishes and sauces.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Participate in daily kitchen tasks, including cleaning, setting up, and breaking down the kitchen.,Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior chefs.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
