Root Mart Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of internal control systems and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring that audit findings are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit activities and findings.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of internal control systems and frameworks such as COSO or ISO.,Familiarity with accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
