Rejeki Yoga Electronics is looking for a dedicated Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns,Ensuring the security and integrity of customer accounts and transactions,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions,Assisting customers with account inquiries and providing information on banking products and services,Following all company policies and procedures related to banking operations,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and services,Reporting any suspicious activities or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of banking products and services,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with computer systems and software used in banking operations,Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions,Ability to work both in the office and remotely
