As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in store promotions and events to boost sales.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
