📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Handle budgeting and financial management for the operational department.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the medical center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Proficient in operational planning, budgeting, and financial management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
