In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages,Oversee training and development programs for employees,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
