📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement export shipping plans, including route optimization, carrier selection, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless shipping operations.
• Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Manage inventory levels to support efficient shipping operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align shipping plans with customer demands.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on shipping performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export shipping planning or a similar role.
• Proficient in using shipping management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
