📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of mining professionals to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in mining practices and technologies.
• Manage and optimize the company's resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and social accountability.
• Represent the company in industry forums and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale mining projects and operations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental management (e.g., CMI, CSP, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in mining software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence.
• Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
