Assistant Retail Sales Consultant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Support the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
• Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Support the sales team in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.
• Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
