Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify areas for improvement,Managing and coordinating with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders,Providing operational support to the management team as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus
