PT Akasia Hijau is seeking a dedicated Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in supporting our logistics operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Provide support in the organization and management of warehouse operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
