📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, including children, adults, and the elderly.,Assess and evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.,Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in occupational therapy.,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Professional certification as an Occupational Therapist, such as SIOT (Singapore Institute of Occupational Therapy) or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred but not mandatory.,Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.
