📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end multi-modal shipments including air, sea, and land transport.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize shipping routes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Freightos, and Sea-Intelligence for route planning and tracking.
- Monitor and report on shipment progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transport management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight shipping and logistics coordination.
- Proven track record of managing multi-modal shipments and optimizing logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Freightos, and Sea-Intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and experience with vehicle operation is a plus.
