As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and supermarkets to promote and sell our products. You will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Visit and manage retail outlets and supermarkets to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase our products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
