📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute telemarketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales,Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets,Provide excellent customer service and support,Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign success,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing,Train and mentor junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive customer engagement,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid SIM and KTP
