📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the branch is profitable.,Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.,Manage and mentor the branch staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the branch is a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and customers.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the local area.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.,Experience in customer service and relationship management.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
